I moved to England just a few months ago and experienced a lot of culture shock. For one the traffic lights won't glow green for normal people who just want to cross the street until both sides of intersection have their turn. Back in my country if one side of the intersection has a green light, people who want to cross the street to the same direction also get the green light. It's fucked up because this country is designed to run past red lights all the time. And it makes sense because nobody wants to wait a bunch of time just to walk trough a street. Everyone's got shit to do. And I fell into the same trap as well, now I walk trough red lights all the time like it's normal. I guess I'm writing about this since I almost got ran over a few days ago. And even though I know it's my fault I still think that something should be done about traffic lights. I mean I see moms with their baby carriages going trough red lights and I think that's fucked up. Anyways enjoy the art hehe
