(Okay... so, she's not a real villain. But go ahead and play along with her game. Hopefully, it will provide enough fun.)

EDIT: My lawyers have advised me to make Gizmo's 'Mechanical Fiend' costume more 'family-friendly'.

Exactly. Everyone in town knows she's not a real threat.
But if she wanted, she could manipulate time and space in small doses.
Thankfully, the worst it gets is, "make the store line go faster before it closes".
