(This is a universe created from original characters and characters from existing stories and universes (Universe created from a lot of Daydreaming)) 

This character started out as a $3,000 Nendoroid whose owner bought it to be part of the pokémon battle collection. One day it came to life thanks to the presence of Robin (Main Sona) whose dissociative ability and great intuition (this will come with the introduction of said character to clarify it better) made PIKACHU come to life. This without any intention and lack of experience to control what becomes real and what does not. 

PIKACHU was never interested in battle poses and everything got worse when his buyer started charging for illegal fights with other pokémon (Pikachu was rare due to its origin and more because it was the only species of anthropomorphic and talking pikachu.)

In addition to all this, he was a Pikachu born male who identified more with the attributes of the female Pikachu. (short summary of how his transition was: Potions! Potions belonging to the Mansion where Robin lives {long story not so long} and his tail was modified through normal operation.)

Extras:

-He loves sweets, especially cheesecakes. 

-Does not like to wear a lot of clothes (she walks around the house in her underwear)

-The scar on his tail is a result of the transition operation.

-It can use two other potions to return to its original form and to become a feral pikachu (as you can usually find pikachu in the wild.)

-It has a Mew Mew mark (Yes! A Mew Mew mark.) This is possibly part of some Mew Mew Power tribute webcomic episode/page. If I don't it will only be a birthmark.
