A "Figure" was seen coming out of the Shadows of the side of a suburban house as it places a TV on the front door of address: "%@%#%$%@%$%#$%%@" before turning back to face the camera then immediately leaving the scene 15 mins before "incident" happened.
Motivation/reason is unknown.
Use information as evidence for what probably happened during "the incident" at "%@%#%$%@%$%#$%%@" street and notify other police departments and stations nearby the neighboring state of "%@%$^$^@%#%#%@" to be on alert for if spotted again.
