The design reminds me of Star man if he was designed poorly. I hate to be sour but this looks really bad. I see an attempt but it falls flat on its face. 2/10
Megaman DOS Remaster: Valentine Woman

Valentine Woman is designed to be a party planning robot. She is rather ambitious with her plans. While on the flirty side, she never usually gets serious with her conversations. If I ever decide to make a DOS remaster, she will be completely original. Shark, Oil, and Wave would be scrapped in my remaster, so she would fill in one of the empty slots.
Her Master Weapon, the Love Beam, allows her to fire a wave of pure energy from her heart-shaped armor. With Love Beam, Mega Man can fire a plasma heart that travels in a sine wave.

I think my lack of experience in proportions and colors when I first posted this doesn't do the design any justice. If I had the time I could redo this character with updated proportions and stuff like that.
