Surrealism at its most colorful

This is a picture I created in 2006 and colored in 2008. I originally posted on Fanart Central a long time ago,but
I've decided to post here. The title is called: "Surrealism at its most colorful."
When I created this it took a lot of time and care to create as well as, getting comfortable with using an array of different colors yet, somehow picking ones that would contrast and work well with each other.
I'm fairly happy about how it turned out and it kind of makes me glad I took a shot to make this.
