Another one traditional artwork with heavy digital post-correction, huh.
Despite "AoD" being explicitly and intentionally edgy, it doesn't feel like something wrong. It's pretty good, I'd say. And yeah we all love Isaac for being an insane serial killer and the nicest angel. With a scythe.

The handle is actually even longer than it is usually depicted in the original game and in manga. :D So who knows where is the right length...
