The name is Atrocitkyu! (Atrocity + Mimikyu)
This Pokémon is a Ghost/dark type, with its Terra form being Fighting!

Weight: 91.1 Lbs
Ability: Disguised/Cursed body (Maybe Shadow Tag)
I would evolve after causing 33 pikachu’s to faint and to be at level 47!
