My version of 'environmental creepers'

I'M GONNA EXPLAIN THESE FELLAS BELOW

  • Oak - The traditional Creeper in it's (above-ground) natural habitat, no need to adjust since this is just where it originated. Looks, feels, and sounds like a pile of leaves. Explodes like TNT. Drops gunpowder on death.

  • Birch - Spindly, more aware of their surroundings. In tightly packed birch forests, this guy has to know its way around every tree. The mushrooms growing on its sides are simply side effects from brushing up against so many trees when trying to maneuver its way around as a young creepling. Explodes in a sort of firework way, leaving a big smoky burst rather than a hole in the ground. Drops sticks and gunpowder on death.

  • Jungle - Very tall and flexible so it can look through the tall trees and bamboo of the jungle. Its body has a spring-type function where, at will, it can stretch its body out like a slinky to get *even taller.* Those lines on the side? Those are folds for when the jungle creeper is at "normal height". Thick, sharp teeth are for gnawing wood. this creeper also has a very dense outer "shell" covering its lower half. The whiskers on the side evolve from the leafy texture of the Oak creeper, now acting as a sort of feeler rather than simple décor. Its explosion creates a small mushroom cloud and spits a sticky substance out post-mortem. Drops cocoa beans and sometimes a single slime ball on death.

  • Spruce - Spruce creepers are the smallest of this bunch, and prefer not to be near anyone other than itself. They're incredibly shy and will only explode if heavily in danger. Since it can get very cold in spruce tree biomes, this creeper has a thick leafy coat that acts as not only warmth, but protection. You can walk up to a spruce creeper and be okay, as they'd probably run away before you even think about doing so. To provoke it, you just have to push it around a bit near a corner or area where it can't run away. Its explosion shoots powerful shrapnel in all directions, impaling anything in its path. They will also immediately explode without priming first if a cat is next to it. drops saplings on death.

  • Savannah - The most non-creeper-like out of them all, the Savannah creeper likes to burrow underground and spend most of the night in trees or poking its head out of a sandy death pit made for trapping pray. It ended up evolving to grow tiny grippers, used only for throwing sand or rocks at its pray. It's incredibly agile, and could catch up to you within an instant. It can't explode, as there's no room in its body for the TNT organ, but it can shoot poison out of its fangs. This poison is incredibly flammable and will explode like a firecracker if exposed to fire of any kind. Drops bones and a 1% of dropping an emerald on death.

  • Dark Oak - These Oak creepers branched out into new land, trying to discover a place where they could chill out, and not have to stress about any threats coming their way. Eventually, those creepers slowly evolved to become slower, lazier, yet more wise. They lost all of their leafy skin due to little to no sunlight after resting under the dark oak trees all the time, and grew to have very very thick skin. Underneath all of that tough outer shell is just (Technically) a fat oak creeper. No mob tries to attack this creeper due to its inability to even recognize what a fight is. These creepers will not hurt the player, instead choosing to ignore them. Simply refuses to explode. Drop 1-3 dark oak logs and gunpowder on death.

  • Mangrove - In the muddy wetlands, you would obviously want a way around those murky waters. So, these creepers specially evolved to live mostly underwater. They have an upwards-facing head and shark-like teeth, smooth skin for swimming, gills, and flippers for rising up and going down in the water. The orange-red patches on the bottom of its feet are glands that produce slime to help it slide around on smooth muddy floors, the depths of the ocean, or preferably some ice. It can stay under for as long as it needs, as it has no blowhole or requirement for oxygen. BUT it does have gills and uses those to make horrendous sounds, so you will know if one is nearby. If it grabs you underwater, you'll be latched onto by the feet and dragged to the bottom. Once there, the creeper will prime, and explode, launching you out of the water and into the sky. Explodes like TNT, and works normally underwater as opposed to any blast being prevented. Drops fish and gunpowder on death.
