This is an original character I made a month ago during an anime art class at a museum.

Me and the class were tasked with taking pictures of sculptures and paintings to get inspiration for characters to draw and I took a picture of the Saul statue, and decided to make this character based on this.

The character is an African king who was cursed with magic dark blue rash after his royal offspring ambushed him and stole his magic staff to give to an evil deity, the rash he received from this attack has left him physically mutated from his left eye to right arm and lower half of his body, the rash curse is said to drive innocent people insane and turn them into horrendous creatures, all except for the king for he has a magic crown and necklace that have slowed the curse from destroying his body

Ever since that attack he has gone mad with revenge and resentment against his offspring, he has sent various powerful warriors from across the land to hunt them down dead or alive and return his staff.
