Mostly created with Byte Mobile Image Editor 2.2.b90 and Mirror Lab filters.
Started with a few blobs to set the palette:
Went off experimenting in a different direction:
Took a couple snippets from iterations of experimentation, layered, mixed, screwed with in Mirror Lab:
Wasn't really feeling like it was in tune with the music yet. Then I inverted white and black and felt like I bruteforced a puzzle. I didn't understand how - I thought the song sounded rather dark - but as soon as I made light dominant, something clicked. Small adjustments from there to final.
