Commander Slaw or "Slawther" as he calls himself, is a cartoon character possessing the body of a prehistoric creature, while sporting an outfit similar to a¡many propaganda soldiers. He's considered friends towards Santz, however he more sees him as just an "ally", and the same goes to Olivia, considering he's kind of like a vet.
