Excellent use of dithering and shading. The use of selective outlining on the clouds is impressive as well. All this done in a relatively small canvas too, very good.

Looks pretty cool man, the shading reminds me of that one Flipnote brush. Perspectives a lil wonky but the goofy expression makes up for it
