The hand itself is clunky and was a quick sketch of my hand. The thumb muscle is way too fat and the fingures were a tad bit too long starting at the middle phalanges. Heh. Phalanges.
Anyways so this was my first true attempt to airbrush with intent. The first time I was able to play around with an airbrush gun was a few months ago and I was unprepared for what I was walking into. I tried to use a similar technique that I have been trying to hone in on with photoshop. The gun continued to get clogged through out most of this piece and it drastically affected what I was able to do. I still enjoy how it came out but I definitely want to recreate this piece now that I have a better understanding of how to properly manage the airbrush (to some extent) but that will have to wait til next time I have the honor of using some one else (or if someone loves me enough)
