The picture looks decent and well drawn enough, but it isn't represented to it's full potential. Make sure when you bring a traditional art piece into a digital format, to be careful to let it be represented as best as it can; optimize your images brightness and contrast settings. This can be done on most scanners and cameras, or in post production in a program like Photoshop - and make sure it's front-on, so the perspective of the image isn't distorted. That aside, it's got goot atmosphere and shading, it's just difficult to judge properly, Keep it up!
