Holy jeez..I am so glad to see someone has made skillful fan art of Jill. DOS games just do not get the love they deserve, man. NES games? Sega? Atari? Sure! DOS? Meh, too geeky!
The colors and little points of light, the angle and the sun shining on Jill & the...fish there, the tree in the background. Just a lot to enjoy here. Aah waitaminute...maybe I have one complaint.

I feel like this is partially perspective to blame, but her left arm looks somewhat longer than the right arm. As I said, maybe partially perspective...but I feel it may still be slightly off. Plus her wrist looks a little big on the left side of the vine there...I dunno, tiny nitpicks. Would still absolutely use it as a wallpaper.

Scottr5680 responds:

Thank you very much again! I agree, many DOS games don't get the attention they deserve. And yeah you're right, the perspective could have been done better, I probably messed up some of her proportions based on the viewing angle and attempted foreshortening.

Very impressive

This was pretty impressive nice style good elements has a sci fi feel and brings some fantasy as well very nice art very well represented love the deep colors and just a nice overall job here an a+ if you ask me great style and great skills

~~THINGS TO IMPROVE ON~~

Scottr5680 responds:

Thank you very much!

Making artwork based on old DOS games? And it's awesome artwork at that? Hell yes!

Scottr5680 responds:

Yep! It's not the first either. I've also done Jazz Jackrabbit, Commander Keen, Cosmo's Cosmic Adventure, and Monster Bash. I'll probably do more over time. Thank you. :)
