Tom Fulp is a young mental ward patient, bent solely on the thought of there being some imaginary game/movie/art website that anyone can submit anything. I know, crazy right?
Made In about 30-60minutes using MS Paint! Can you believe that? Well start, cause I'm too poor too afford actual image creating crap. Everything on here was created by me, EXCEPT the tankman's mouth cause I stole that from an actual image, i got pretty lazy and knew i was gonna mess up the mouth.

Normally I would call that blasphomy but hey it seems to work for you. Funny pic though you really made my day with this one, I'd go insane too if newgrounds was imaginary.
