I've struggled to draw again for a while now. It's why you guys haven't seen a whole lot of art from me recently. I would freeze up whenever I forced myself to sit in front of a sketchbook and hold a pencil. Slowly but surely I have been working to get myself to a point where I can draw again, and I think this piece is finally my way of saying... I'm back! Did ya miss me? ;)
Thank you to all the people who have encouraged me and have been patient with me, past or present. It means the world to me, and I wouldn't be back to drawing without you all! Here's to a good holiday season here on NG this year, things are only going to get better from here :)

artist block can be caused by many a thing and with what you've been goin through it's more than understandable how it'd happen to you :<
but look at this!! you gave us such a pleasant surprise, I don't know what you've been learning over your break but the improvement I can see is instant!
The highlights are particularly easy on the eyes, like on the hair and stuff?? happy early holidays you little elf you!
