We are enchanted by the meaning of life, of a life worth living. Of love and embrace....

And yet we seek it out there, always out there. We cast our eyes to the oceans and tell ourselves we shall cross them for that which we are missing. We struggle against the current, and resist the tide, until, like a cold stone, we sink beneath the surface.

We are surrounded by love, enveloped by it for we came from it, and within all of us we possess it. But if you try and see this love with your eyes, you will miss seeing it with your heart.

Hardened by our travels, worn down from our searches, we sink to plains whose sympathy is ever eternal, ever flowing. And what great tears rise from the depths for what emptiness we invited into ourselves, what pain. They embrace us and whisper the end of this path.

"Your heart must break, and keep on breaking until it at last opens..."
