Although I haven't watched Venture Bros, I still like this picture a lot. It might be because a lot of effort might've been set into it, but I seem to like this more than your girl portraits. I think a few more pictures like this would even out the general perviness of your art, although they're all nice. :3
The blood splatters and rain look really nice apart from just the character, although I like that as well. The little white outline, or the rain actually splashing against him is a great detail. I have a lot of trouble with proportions, and drawing in general, so the fact that he blends in so well with the background is impressive to me. Good job!
(Coming from someone who knows virtually nothing about drawing apart from sketches)
