In a future where the world is ruled by the tyranny of a corrupt empire, a man, decides to rebel against the system.
He was knowed and feared between voices as "Nero the Executioner," the coldest and best paid mercenary, with the record of more deads in the name of the Empire so far , until one day he suffered an accident that condemned him to become a partially bionic man.
After a while he recovered and tried into business again, but his place had already occupied. Betrayed and dejected, he experienced a moment of weakness, where he realized the harm he inflicted on so many innocent people in the name of the Empire and his egocentrism.
Remorseful he sought to redeem himself by joining the rebel group of the Steampunkers, whose objective is to overthrow the tyranny of the Empire. Once within the resistance, to control his energy imbalances, he decides to develop a technologically advanced axe that would feed on the energy that his own body emanates, allowing to balance it, thus creating a vital symbiosis between the possessor and his weapon. But the axe was much more than a simple weapon, also it was a symbol of rebirth and hope for him, and soon became in a symbol of the uprising.
Nobody knows where he came from, or who actually Dennard Waters is, nobody trusts him completely, but there is something that is true: his presence changes everything, and his motives are very clear: CUT OFF ALL THE HEADS OF THE TYRANTS OF A CORRUPT GOVERNMENT.
