This illustration was created for the purposes of serving as a background design for an animation project that was never complete. The project was titled 'Mysterious cat house' and featured a narrative relationship between a cat and their owner. I created the background to reflect the relationship and personaltys of the characters!

This piece was heavily influenced by the background designs on Rebecca Sugars show 'Steven universe', to mention a few artists that contributed to this influence: Jasmine lai, Steven Sugar, and Sam Bosma.
