It evolves by Defeating a wild Salamence with Escavalier as the sole member of your party. "It is known as the Dragonslayer pokémon, it became handsomely powerful after single handledly defeating a fearsome Dragon. Very few of these Pokémon exist due to the unlikelyhood of their encounter ending in the victory of the Knight." 

Its ability is known as Dragon Hunt - "It causes all Bug-type moves used by the Pokémon to become Fairy-type and receive a 30% power boost. It overrides Ion Deluge and Electrify." (Bug Pixelate, essentially)
