Quick question, is everything done with a hard round brush? I don't see the traces of any other tool, but that might be my blind ass.

It's a few different brushes - I work in Clip Studio and generally use slightly modified defaults. My linework is done with the 'Real G-Pen' brush, and the cel shading is a combination of the normal G-pen and the mapping pen. I also use a soft airbrush for effects and gradients. IIRC, the clouds in this one were a couple of watercolor brushes, but I don't remember which ones specifically.
