I found one of my previous cartoon-ish self portraits and wanted to compare it to my most recent one.
In the span of 6-8 months, my drawing style has changed dramatically. I'd say it improved too. But that's just me.
So this here is proof: practice works. Don't ever say you can't draw. Keep at it, and you'll improve in leaps and bounds.

Thank you kindly. Granted, the one on the left was done on an iPhone, and the right using a drawing tablet... but my style has changed nonetheless.
I guess I'll have to do another one in 8 months to find out.
