She is debatably the first OC conceptually, having been inspired from very old doodles. Bioluminescent and shocking, Wattkins's body is pure electrical energy given form. Something like that doesn't sound like it'd be tangible, but she is. And that's quite dangerous! Physical contact with her is harmful, if not lethal. Though, given the cartoony nature of the some fool universe, it's merely the former most of the time. To touch her someone would have to be made of rubber or something... which is precisely what her girlfriend, Ella, is. Ya'll saw her a few days ago, the one who wore a duck visor and held a tennis racket. They love each other very dearly. Apart form Ella, she is pretty worried about her dangerous properties harming others, so she tends to stay far away from others. She is able to travel through currents at near instantaneous speeds. Her woolly clothes are infused with so much static that they're able to travel with her. Some say her size is affected by how much energy she has left. Also, she mainly eats by sticking a fork in an electrical socket. Don't try it yourself. Only she can get nourishment from that.
