This is Hyper Weapon #15, aka Robin. She is your android companion in Bullet Tracks, and is the catalyst for the weapons system in the RAILBUSTER.

She is extremely kind, and is willing to help with any situation. Her massive setback is that she is willing to put her own life at risk to help others, resulting in multiple deaths.

Do not fret, she is technically immortal. After she dies, she is rebuilt in a factory and sent back out to continue functions. So don't worry is she is shot and killed multiple times, she'll come back, she will.
