New Rossyquest character! This time it's an RQ version of my friend Jimbagg's OC Celia! I'm calling her Snoops for now, she's like Celia, but much taller, a disheveled appearance, and multiple joints in her limbs. Don't be fooled by her creepy appearance though, she just wants a friend to hug.
So will you hug the mushroom or not?
Normally I don't post my sketches, but I really went all out for her sketches and I think they look nice.
