Both Mouthwashing and Cave Story have a character named Curly that becomes incapacitated, left on a bed and you help them by feeding them things, obviously this cross over art makes sense. :^)))

Also this text box has lived rent free since I first played Cave Story a gorillion years ago so I had to include it.
