Just as I complain 'bout broken icons, The problem fixes itself... What a lucky gal I am...
Anyway, this is based off Neuro's model requests from her cities skylines II stream a bit ago
Mullet, 3 colors, dreadlocks, retro fit, mustache, Tried my best to get em all! (I also included the monkey ears and tail because of her bartering offer. Hardest I've laughed at a neuro moment in months!)
It's hard changing Neuro's hair while keeping it distinctly Neuro lookin' but I think I pulled it off!
