Another danganronpa rp oc ,,!! She's the Ultimate Street Artist !

When designing her, I tried to keep the CMYK color scheme in mind, and wanted yellow to be her primary color to show off her ENERGY! Additionally, I made her little cape reminiscent of a yellow bird to also highlight this fact. Her paint mask remains on at all times and gives her sort of a ~mysterious~ aura hehe!
