Hes a kitsune mutant, the antagonist of the first arc of Black-Head
He is a shapeshifting mutant thats a high ranked and prideful criminal in the mob
He can shapeshift into a male, female, human and mutant at will
The more integrity/sanity level drops, the more tails he grows.
Hes still in the works but wanted to share the redesign because im so proud of it
Im not used to drawing fox heads so this is new for me.
