is it weird I like that he looks so lean and cartilaginous/muscular everywhere except his big puffy floppy neck?

he is a mass of contradictions based on my personal tastes. i thought an important aspect of sharks was their full bloaty necks/pointed faces, but to bring the human across i wanted the strong prominent shoulders, lips, and 'hair'. the shading just got out of control and made this a 15 hour exercise instead of a 2 hour one. he probably should look a lot spongier to the touch than dolphin-smooth.
looks great, i bet to keep his hair like that he uses a lot of hair gill
