As a programmer I find a lot of beauty in sequences and patterns. This was generated by a program that I wrote repeating a line segment along the x and y axis, moving back and forth at a rate of 2e along the y and 3 pi along the x.
After that, I just set up the blending properties and voila , it drew this.
Of course this wasn't the first thing it drew. It took some fine tuning, but I really like how it came out.

And they said programming wasn't art.
