"That's and Amp. It's an electric creature made of steel. Max HP is 5, Attack is 4, and Defense is 4. You can't jump on it because it'll shock you, and most other attacks won't pierce its high Defense. You'd better take it out using items or special attacks."
Well here's Amp from Super Mario 64, not a lot of 64's enemies translate all too well to Paper Mario's artstyle but I think this one came out nicely.
