"The Homerunning Heavy Hitters... Yep, a fight to the finish with The Baseball Boys!"

Before Sticker Star came into the picture, Paper Mario visually was heavily inspired by that of SMW2: Yoshi's Island, right down to reusing characters that were once exclusive to the game. So I figured I would see how other characters from Yoshi's Island would look like if they got to be in Paper Mario, namely TTYD/Super.

For this one I chose the Baseball Boys: Slugger and Green Glove, relatives to Bandit that haven't really ever been seen since Yoshi's Island DS.

Both have 8HP and zero defence, projectile-based attacks and thrown items can either be deflected back at the player or cought by Green Glove. Slugger also cannot be attacked directly and will result in Mario or his partner being hit.
