Not too sure if many people are familiar with her but she was part of the concept art of the first Sonic game, back when he was "Mr. Needlemouse". She is also very likely inspired by the singer. I thought she was really cute! I just changed her outfit a bit and gave her some "pin-up assets". lol

To my knowledge, she's also in the comics and is still really hot but whateves.
