I follow an artist who goes by the name ♡Misty♡ on twitter. Saw it was her Birthday coming up. So I decided to make her something. This character is her original creation and avatar. You should check out her work! It's all very adorable and warms my cold dead heart in the morning whenever I get up and see her art updates.

With this one the main thing that surprised me is by changing the line layer from black to a more dark pink/red it really ties is all together with the glow effect I was aiming for.
