unpopular(?) opinion, Tribe Cheese enemy is hella racist and offensive
so I made Roque Bandit as a replacement!
based on Roquefort Cheese and Western Bandits
it steals toppins it finds, meaning Peppino has to catch up and defeat it due to being fast once catching a toppin.
