Okay job.
The body is slightly disproportioned. The foot in front is too far forward and the arms aren't long enough. Read up on the human figure.

You did a really good job on the head and hands though. Artistically speaking, those are the two hardest thigns to draw.
I also like your colouring and shading, especially the hair.

Also, why does the shadow get lighter towards the end? The direction the shadow is coming from means that the light is from my end. But the shading tells me the light is in front of the girl. Be sure to check thigns like that.

Overall, it's pretty good. Practice makes perfect. XD
