A criminal whose identity is unknown to this day, Convict is a shapeshifter and wanted man. Struck by lightning, he was given the ability to shapeshift into anyone he desires. Originally appeared in Pico VS Convict, he killed everyone in the school and went after Pico, turning into his cousin Otis and into Big Brown Barry!
He was last seen in NG Rumble, hiding in the shadows. The sudden call to rumble has brought him to reappear and bring down anyone that threatens his plans.

One of my favorite villains of Newgrounds, Convict is one who strikes out the most. When you have baddies from across NG, none can compare the shapeshifter himself. Nobody knows who he is or knows what his motives are. The only thing that matters is that he is out for blood.
