What makes a Biletoad unique within the Construct Lands is its choice of defense mechanism. A biletoad’s diet is no different to that of a traditional amphibian. Bugs, snails, and other small critters. However, unlike some amphibians, biletoads are capable of weaponizing certain toxins produced by the bugs they eat, repurposing the toxins they consume into an acidic bile, of which they bloat up into their throats and expel out of their mouths into a mass of acidic mucus, firing with impressive trajectory. This vomit they expel burns to the touch and while not lethal, is definitely irritating upon skin contact, capable of even warding off the biggest and nastiest of wild predators. Even though they need to ingest a lot of toxic insects, due to how fast they can fire this bile, it is recommended to exercise extreme caution if you find one. Although relatively harmless and can be picked up, you don't know how annoyed it may be to show you how much is in its tank.
