hello everyone, please meet my tankman oc Oliver, I was inspired to make him, he is made with the tankdad stuff in mind as he helped raise pico during pico's school and the aftermath as well. pico sees oliver as an uncle who spoils him a lot.

Oliver is a trans-male, he is really good at a sniper as well and when pico was old enough taught him how to use big firearms including a sniper rifle.
