So with this one its simple and fresh a nice visual a nice fresh look nice colors that really pop out well i like your style and focus here

I like the simplicity in this design, the shapes and edges, especially the banners at the top look really professional! Nice mixture of colors (also nice selection of colors - they all follow suite), choice of fonts, etc. Looks like the flags towards the bottom (around the gears) are a little more to the right, and that 10 stands out a bit on the white background. Keep it going!
