Given Eggman's extensive and overdramatic lore, I'm surprised they don't just canonize Omlette with so much as a small sidenote

I wish Sonic Team could do the same thing Midway did with some bug/color palette/fancreations for Mortal Kombat
If they could make canon to the games characters like Omelette or Agent Stone... I'd be into it!
Plus Eggman is always better with an entourage, see the various cartoons, comics or movies. Give Classic Eggman some henchmen!
