Elf Motivation Poster

This is my motivational poster for a different aspect of Santa's toy business. It's for the elves working in Santa's mail department! I drew inspiration for my entry from early 1900's illustrations of Santa Clause and Christmas cards, as well as the motivational posters done by Bill Jones in the 1920's.
This was done with watercolor and a few pens.
