I have been playing this game ever since it came out.  I was actually drinking buddies with the original team over at Game Freak.  You know that Pokémon named Gothelite? It was designed after me!

Normally I would use either psychic or Grass type Pokémon, but ever since they introduced the fairy type, it was like they were speaking to me.  So here is my absolute six in every generation!

Sylveon: I love every Eevee evolution and Espeon was my favorite before Sylveon came into my life and stole the show.  Just like her psychic counterpart, she has an amazing move set and has an adorable design.  With the hidden ability, pixelate, I have no problem getting the job done!

Alolan Ninetales: I’ve always loved the powerful and masculine look of the original version of Ninetales. But the Aloan version is absolutely gorgeous. Nothing says mysterious, cold, and beautiful like the Alolan Ninetales.

Primarina: literally the only starter Pokémon that I am willing to keep on my roster.  Great stats, great move pool, and a wonderful design.  Again, the guys over at Game Freak have been reading my mind! Or in my blog that I have been working on since 1993...

Gardevoir: I loved her as a psychic type, and now I love her as a fairy type.  There were times when I tried to get an Alakazam on my party.  But for some odd reason, no one wanted to trade with me... All because they thought the game was childish... Then, Gardevoir came along in Ruby and Sapphire versions.  Since then, it has always been my psychic type in my party.  But now it is my fairy type in my party.

Flutter Mane: my little Granbull or this beautiful specimen I had to choose to be in my ultimate six.  Although I love my little bulldog, Flutter Mane has helped me win so many tournaments this year.  I wasn’t really a huge fan of the Misdreavus evolution line and its stats. But when Scarlet and Violet came out with this Pokémon, I had to try her out.  And it’s a good thing I did because it has been a lifesaver when it comes to setting up damage in double battles.

Mawile: it’s so freaking cute! And it’s mega evolution? FTW!

Lycka is more of a fan than a competitor, even though she doesn’t want to admit it!  But it doesn’t stop her for being one of the best players in the world with several world championships under her belt.  Still, after all these years, she finds more ways to have fun with the game.  I chose this type for her because she’s into Gothic Lolita and most of it is cute and faux intimidating, kind of like the fairy type in the game.
