Sorrowful Respite

Share

Taking a small break, you make a brief pause to look back on all the events that led you to this road. How you started from small jobs, involving enlarged critters, infesting the cellar of the local tavern, just to get 10 gold pieces, barely enough for food and shelter,to travelling through entire dimensions,to kill godlike entities often breaking the norms of reality both in actions and appearance. Was it worth it though..all this power and knowledge at the cost of all the companions you lost, the rot of your sanity and the many creatures you slaughtered and kingdoms that have fallen....

You take a deep sigh and move onward. The Whispering Void, the one you offered your very soul and place in the universe, beckons you for a new task and opens a gateway to another dimension.

Gotta love that squarey angular style and the contrast between grayscale and the bright red cloak of the character, it kinda gives me off a Gorillaz vibe even though I gotta admit I don't know a lot about gorillaz (but I guess it makes sense since i see you commented jamie Hewett's artwork was an inspiration to you).
Fantastic job!

holy guacamole, you got a pretty nice Hellboy sort of style going on.
keep up the cool stuff.

love your style matte

Amazing!

Why does this remind me of gorillaz

ThePsychoSheep responds:

Jamie Hewett's work has been an inspiration to my stuff and especially Ryan(The OC)'s design
