the Infamous KMP Tampomas II, an Indonesian Car Ferry which caught fire in 1981 after an unsecured bike in the car-deck fell over and spilled its fuel, a spark from either a tossed cigarette or busted light fixture set it alight, it then quickly spread to nearby cars and trucks, and then made its way to the poorly kept engine-room full of grease, from there it spread throughout the ship quickly, after all was tallied up between 430 and 670 people had died in the fire and sinking.
