Wanted to draw the three partners from the modern trilogy of Paper Mario games meeting each other out of boredom. Haven't really played any of them but I wanted to imagine how the scenario would go if Kersti, Huey and Olivia met each other at a bar. I did this in my comic style like one of my last Mario pieces, hence why i went for airbrush shading and thick lines.

I wanted to do a front view of the bar counter for the background...but in order to not make it look too flat, I used this drawing as an opportunity to practice five point perspective more. I also followed the rule for the speech bubbles, and even the text angles mostly. Since I didn't have abode photoshop, I had to manually bend the text from scratch on paint.net via plug-ins, hence why it look sorta "pixel-y".
